Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Agave Artisan, we want you to love your order.
If there’s a problem with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right quickly and fairly.
This policy explains when you can request a refund or return in line with UK consumer law.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Because our products contain alcohol, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in specific circumstances.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
-
The item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, or
-
The order is lost in transit and cannot be located.
Please contact us at hello@agaveartisan.co.uk within 7 days of receiving (or expecting) your order.
We may ask for:
-
Your order number,
-
A brief description of the issue, and
-
Photographs (for damaged goods).
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
-
Opened or partially consumed bottles,
-
Products damaged after delivery,
-
Change of mind or taste preferences, or
-
Pre-sale items still within the advertised 10-week delivery window.
This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
4. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been processed, contact us immediately.
We can usually cancel and refund your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
For pre-sale orders, cancellations are not possible once production has begun unless required by law (e.g., defective goods).
5. Refunds
Once your return or issue is approved:
-
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
-
Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
If a replacement is issued instead, we’ll confirm dispatch details by email.
6. How to Contact Us
To request a refund or report a problem, please email:
hello@thenakedmargarita.com
Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
7. Your Legal Rights
This policy complies with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
These laws do not affect your right to a refund or replacement for goods that are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
