4. Ordering and Contract Formation

1. When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.

2. A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

   • Payment cannot be processed.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

• Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

6. Delivery

• We deliver throughout the UK via trusted courier partners (e.g., DPD, Royal Mail).

• This right does not apply to perishable goods or opened bottles of alcohol.

If your order has already shipped, you must return the goods to us (unopened and in saleable condition) at your own cost.

c) Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

d) Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
