Be The First Margarita-er In The UK To Receive A Bottle Of El Fortín Ultra Premium Tequila.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The competition is run by Agave Artisan, the creators of The Naked Margarita and El Fortín Tequila.

  2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Agave Artisan Ltd and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Instagram Entry: Follow @thenakedmargarita and like the competition post.

    • Subscriber Entry: Be an active email subscriber to The Naked Margarita mailing list.
      One winner will be chosen via random generator from Instagram and one from our subscriber list.

  4. Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) 700ml bottle of El Fortín Ultra Premium Tequila, becoming the first official Margarita-ers in the UK to receive it.

  5. Closing Date: All entries must be received by 11:59 pm GMT on 1 February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random and contacted via Instagram DM or the email address used to subscribe within 7 days of the closing date.

  7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be delivered to a UK address only. Winners must confirm their address within 7 days of notification or another winner may be chosen.

  8. No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

  9. Publicity: By entering, winners agree that their first name and/or Instagram handle may be announced on The Naked Margarita’s social media and marketing channels.

  10. General: Agave Artisan reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

"Win A Year Of Margaritas"

These Terms and Conditions apply to The Naked Margarita “A Year’s Worth of Margaritas” Competition (the “Competition”).

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

2. The Prize

  • The prize is a year’s supply of The Naked Margarita, defined as 52 bottles (one per week).

  • The total quantity may be delivered in instalments, at the promoter’s discretion (e.g., monthly or quarterly shipments).

  • Deliveries will be sent to one UK address provided by the winner.

  • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

  1. Follow @thenakedmargarita on Instagram.

  2. Comment on the official competition post, stating who they’d share the margaritas with.

  3. (Optional) Share the competition post to their Instagram story or feed for double entry.
    OR

  4. Make a valid purchase of The Naked Margarita via our website during launch week.

Each valid comment equals one entry.
Sharing the post (and tagging @thenakedmargarita) will double that entry.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Proof of age may be required before the prize is awarded or delivered.

  • Employees, contractors, and direct affiliates of Agave Artisan or their immediate families are not eligible.

  • Only public accounts can be verified for shared entries. Private accounts’ story shares cannot be tracked and therefore will not qualify for double entry.

5. Competition Period

  • The competition will run for one calendar month from the start date stated on the official competition post.

  • Entries made after the closing date will not be counted.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

  • One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.

  • The winner will be announced on The Naked Margarita’s Instagram within 7 days of the competition closing.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) from the @thenakedmargarita account only.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected at random.

7. Prize Delivery

  • The prize will be shipped to the winner’s chosen UK address.

  • Delivery may occur in multiple shipments at intervals decided by the promoter (for example, monthly or quarterly).

  • The promoter is not responsible for any delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond their control.

  • The winner must ensure that deliveries are received by someone aged 18 or over.

8. Data Protection

By entering, participants agree that:

  • Their name, Instagram handle, and entry may be used in competition-related publicity on The Naked Margaritasocial media channels.

  • Personal information (name, contact details, address) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Fair Play and Disqualification

The promoter reserves the right to:

  • Remove or disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicated, offensive, or not compliant with these terms.

  • Cancel or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.

Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

10. Limitation of Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • Technical errors, lost entries, or failure of social media platforms.

  • Delays in delivery or issues beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.

  • Any injury or damage caused by participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

11. Promoter’s Decision

All decisions regarding the competition — including eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfilment — are final and binding.
No correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law

This competition and its Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
